Recommendations for maintaining product quality
1. Washing
- Hand washing is recommended.
- Do not machine wash under any circumstances.
2. Laundry detergent
- Use a mild laundry detergent.
- Do not use bleach or concentrated laundry detergents, such as Essence.
- Do not soak overnight.
3. Drying and ironing
- Air dry in the shade.
- Tumble drying or drying in direct sunlight is not recommended.
- Do not iron under any circumstances.
4. Products with a stiff stretch head shape
- For products with a stiff stretch head shape, it is recommended to store them rolled up and not stacked on top of each other.
5. Separating fabrics
- Separate light-colored and dark-colored fabrics before every wash.
- Do not wash them together.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return the product within 7 days from the date the customer receives it.
2. Exchanges are allowed only for the same model.
3. The receipt, price tag, packaging, and shopping bag must be included, and the product must be kept in its original condition.
4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the wrong product was received or the product is defective.
5. A replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received.
