Return and Exchange Policy

The policy includes the following:
1. Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Products can only be exchanged for the same model.
3. Please keep the product in its original condition and include the receipt, price tag, packaging, and bag.
4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the wrong product was received or the product is defective.
5. A replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received.
