Payment Terms and Conditions

You agree to comply with all guidelines, instructions, operating rules, policies and instructions regarding the purchase of products through the Platform, including any amendments to the foregoing, issued by us, and you are deemed to have been informed of and bound by any such changes upon their publication on the Platform. These Payment Terms and Conditions shall apply only to orders and payments made by you and the Seller.

1. You agree to pay for the goods with a credit or debit card that is legally acceptable for payment of debt.
2. You agree not to cancel any subsequent payment unless the order between you and the seller does not comply with the agreement, the goods are not delivered, or the goods you receive are materially different from the description you received from the seller, at the seller's discretion.
3. You acknowledge that refunds for completed payments will only be made if the seller has agreed and notified the seller of their intention to refund.
4. You acknowledge that all refunds will be made through the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the payment.
5. You acknowledge that refunds are not guaranteed to be credited to your account on time. Payment processing may take time and depends on the individual bank and/or payment service provider processing the refund.
